Again, I'm all for giving someone a hand up, but I'm not big into giving hand outs. 

Many ISP also hand out dynamic addresses so they change over time.

I have limited funds and it seems everyone has a hand out offering boot camps, courses, etc for big fees.

You can have judgments placed on other properties owned or held, you can get accounts receivables to an extent, stand at some closing with your hand out to be paid, but you can't foreclose on them necessarily.
