You can't just point to the times you blew on the dice and got snake eyes as proof that blowing the dice causes snake eyes, you have to look at all the incidences of blowing on the dice.

Some other tips that I have would probably be to have a plumber snake or inspect your drains in the unit prior to renting. 

.- call someone to remove a snake from under the sofa- call someone to remove the trash when it's piling up- help guests find your cabin when it is 1am and they are completely lostAnd much much more!

Remember the snake or lack of hahaha.

I would buy one of those 4 foot snakes that are about $20 at Home Depot and go snake them both out if you live by. 

The snakes escaped and Fish and Game officers were involved.2 years later, same house.

It's also possible that you rolled the dice and random chance has them coming up snake eyes over and over and over again.

Clients that decide to save a nickel and not have us do monthly pest control, and then are mad at us when they show up and the fascia and soffit is eaten up by carpenter bees followed by woodpeckers trying to get to the larvae, followed by snakes and other critters claiming a new home, claiming "You're not keeping our place up!"
