I'm guessing you get Pool, tennis court, clubhouse, ... maintenance for siding and roof?

Some have no pools/ tennis courts and are still $500 due to poor financial management or poor cap-ex planning.

The Coachella Valley has Larry Ellison's Indian Wells Tennis tournament, 300 days per year of sunshine and the biggest music festival in the WORLD, 3 weeks in April and 2 weeks in October.

I constantly see work getting done on these houses - rehabilitating the tennis court, tearing out and replacing the back "sitting area", etc., etc.  

Ditto.I go for comfort, which for me is jeans, boots/tennis shoes and decent shirt (no T-shirts).  

I'm scheduled to take mine the 14th.Most likely I'll be hanging my license with Champions.

The attorney then contacted me, the fun began.They attorney ranted her stuff, we will sue, I'll do this or that, when she was done rattling her sabers I suggested we go look at what we bought and she agreed.A highly desirable area about 4 miles out east of town along a river, park like with large trees and a view of nothing but pasture across the river. 2 houses, 3 cabins an A frame, professional tennis court, large barn, corral and a pond. 

Scenery: 1 (mountains, river, trees)4. amenities: 1 (Park, pool, river, football field, tennis court, baseball field (not close enough to be hit lol), yard)5. crime rate: 1 (literally only a few assaults in past year and one robbery)6. income: 3 (median household income = $43,000)7. transportation: 2 (some but not much)8. walking distance: 1 (close to everything)9.

The tennis courts are right next to my house.
