Investor with license looking for Broker -Houston
Greetings everyone,
I recently acquired my TX real estate license. However, I'm pursuing investing full time and would like to use my license as an added tool rather than a primary income vehicle.
I would like to hang my license with a brokerage with low commission splits or one who utilizes a flat rate. Training isn't an issue because I have a mentor training me.
If anyone can assist or refer me to a brokerage that sponsors new agents AND meets the above criteria, please advise asap. I'm trying to move quickly on this. Thank you.
