Nashville has blown up the last few years and I am now starting to turn a lot of attention towards Chattanooga and Knoxville as well as those smaller surrounding markets around Nashville.

If Chicago or the surrounds suburbs is a place of interest let me know and I can make introductions to great agents, investment groups, wholesales, trades, etc. 

I think this is informative for investors looking at the downtown business district, as well as the surrounding neighborhoods. 

The appreciation is definitely a big aspect of it, its surrounded by moderate density projects that have just been rezoned and its in a zoning node.I also believe I got it below market value enough that I could resell it and make a profit instantly, so that played a part in the investment for me

We have a shortage of housing and because we are surrounded by mountains it's hard to build so the supply is rapidly shirking driving rents. 

All the surrounding ones had been torn down by the 1980’s. anyways thanks again!

many investors are avoiding the actual city of Kansas City and instead investing in the surrounding townships and suburbs (which will not have to adhere to these new 'anti-discrimination' rules)Our area is projected to continue to grow and appreciate fairly quickly so we are afraid of getting priced out of buying our little farm if we wait too long.

It has great proximity to Boston (only about 2 hours away, compared to 3+ for most other top resorts) and there is a nice town surrounding the resort.
