Here it is: As usual, I was surfing the net finding investment groups to network at and find investors to either invest with my company or to unload some of our properties.

Perhaps not the most efficient way but once I got in the habit it doesn't take much time, just some surfing while I'm watching TV in the evening.

You should be able to live for free and have a small, easy to take care of, space for relaxation and surfing BP :)

I just joined the forum the other day after surfing the web and finding this site.

I don't know if it is due to my actual phone (LG tribute 5) or because I have Android, but I cannot tag anyone in forums on both the app and the browser; also I like to play the podcast and just let it run all day as I work, but as soon as I try to go open another app or go surfing the internet for something or another after a few minutes the podcast stops and when I open the app it says 'biggerpockets has stopped responding'.

My step brother had IB as his hanging grounds; he would surf there every chance he got.  

Unless you are surfing every weekend, enjoy paying taxes, or like sitting around in your car half the day, then yes, it's a sacrifice.
