I have been learning how the process works and there are a lot of resources for how to interview a sponsor and review the deal, but how do you initially access the deals to review?

So far I've had success with three deals and the equity gap was $20-45k for each of them and the rates were 3.125-4.25%.  

This process is relatively simple and can be completed through a title company or real estate attorney.

Fractional TICs give owners the financial independence that has been associated with condos, without the need to wait for a condo conversion, a process which can take anywhere from 2 to 10 years depending on the specific requirements for the subject property.

Has anyone here successfully received the category?

It seems like a win-win, especially with the simplified approval process and flexibility for multi-generational housing.

@Aaron Bard- plenty of  lenders  offer  DCSR loans ...contact a  few  for  quotes ...also - dont  pay  any  lenders  at the beginning of the process
