@Jon Klaus It was MSRP at $44K, $5K off sticker, $2K Trade,$3K Private Rebate,$11.5 from the govmint$22.5K totalAnd I average 110 MPG, so I have saved about $200 a month in gas while increasing my electric only about $35 a month.

As a contractor / real estate agent I can understand the overall sticker shock when it comes to building a house.

To put things into perspective, regarding old school (tradtional) marketing, I bought a car sticker to place on my bumper, which is my website addess.

., gas sales (averages about $0.20 profit/gallon), higher volume station (60K+ gallons/month), convenience store inside, repair bays with inspection stickers (feeds the repair business) and used car sales.Here in MA, the state is not issuing new inspection sticker licenses, so the value has skyrocketed. 

Maybe there would be a sticker on the panel or the pumps.

So they've already accumulated almost $1000 in fines based on my complaining  videos unless I pay that I won't get a parking sticker which means they will eagerly, put that in capital letters eagerly tow my car, as I'm sure they're already putting liens on the property and have their eyes on the prize of driving me out of here more fiercely than they already have been  foremost the entire 15 years I've suffered in this place.

All 5 were brand new Simonton's with the wrap, styro, and stickers still on them.Just bragging because I'm incredibly cheap and love finds like this.Now if they only would have had interior doors that day!

Its too bad that foreclosure is not like eviction in that the Sherrif tacks a nice big red sticker on the door in eviction.
