I will note though that lots of people manage multiple rentals without hiring a STR management company (myself included).

When I filed a claim, my insurance company denied it because the property was under rehab and not rented.

Those companies you asked about are more for deal finding and direct contact to off-market sellers, is that what you are looking for? 

Some transport companies have house kats that can get off the road and onto the site for an additional charge or you can hire a third party if the access from the road is limited.

I used to work with a property management company that managed 30+ STR's.

I am having trouble following you can always send the money to an insurance company. 

The average company only survives for ten years, while even large companies typically last just 18 years.

Does anyone have a service or company they'd recommend for this?
