I would definitely make sure that you treat with service whenever there is a request for it, you should spray as needed

I used rose pest control and they set off a gas/spray every other week for 6 weeks.

@Kay FerdousUse a neutralizer product and spray on whatever has been saturated with urine.

They really don't have to be all that handy, just able to answer the phone, be dependable and check on things/sweep/spray for weeds/etc.

They spray and pull grass and weeds. 

I have sprayed it when doing a lot of rooms, but usually, I roll it.

Should be overhead or garage door techs that could help you and probably get what you need.Lay out traps and spray.

Pots can be spendy, but I typically can find cheap ones roadside and spray paint them if needed.

@Jason MeadowsFor the garage they did have to go through some Engineering to get stamped plans saying it was OK to have people up there, and from that came construction to sister floor joists, do spray foam insulation, Sheetrock, paint, flooring, etc.

It is completely gutted and has been sprayed white down to the studs(there was a fire at some point and was abated) My understanding was that Fannie may properties were for first time home buyers or low income households to be able to afford a home.
