We are lucky to just have these types of deals here.I actually created a YouTube video where I talked through the sourcing and numbers of each property you can find by searching my team on YouTube easy enough.

I should have also paid an experienced local investor like $100 or $150 to do a detailed video tour of the property and neighborhood, someone unbiased and who isn't on the agent's team.

It's like a video game you are playing with real money.Do you have friends from local meetups who invest in any of those areas? 

Also, there are numerous challenges dealing with Turnkey providers:1) Terrible renovation work - we've taken over many properties that investor bought turnkey and they were shocked to learn the true condition of their property from our TakeOver video.

The YouTube video they sent me seems pretty straight forward so I am certain they are planning on installing the under sink water filter themselves.

Do you know how to use Youtube and get instructional videos with reviews?

Look for one that includes a good training video to teach you how to use it.
