What about the water bubbles in the cabinets from wet dishes?

In just a few years we have had to replace a fair number of appliances, refrigerators, dish washers, washer, dryers etc.

I have dished out money to different real estate programs however I just received more information in two days from the great bigger pocket community then ever, just would like to say thank you......

-the second way to a woman's heart is a welcome gift package (about $10 in dollar tree supplies: toilet paper roll, cleaning paper roll, toilet plunger, toilet brush, dish dispenser, soap dispenser, shower liner) + 1 box/pack of water bottles-the third way to a woman's heart is a nice home/unit smell (apple + cinnamon/santal wood/ebony....)short version:-you need to find your niche!

I've found not allowing satellite dishes on their roofs is not a good idea.

We also love the Melbourne area as well, focusing specifically on Satellite Beach and Viera (for the schools).

Remember its essentially a hostal, so we need to factor in costs of bath soaps, dish washer soaps, internet, cable among other things. 

In 1987 I bought an old Cape built in 1942, the Pearl Harbor attack was on a front page newspaper stuffed in the bathroom wall to hold the soup dish in place during the build.The stucco had seen better days & was peeling away from the wire mess & leaking badly within the wall cavity.

I don't think I'll ever get used to pre-soaking and pre-rinsing dishes. 

There are a bunch of trees in the yard that shade parts of the roof, can't even install satellite TV because of the trees.
