But that last part is just a rumor..

Rumor is Cook County (Which is set for July 7th I think) will be the largest ever for a scavenger.  

Now some down side is it’s never a guarantee like how they said a Costco was going to be put in near by but surely enough these were just rumors from friends and family.

Be careful, your Co worker may spread rumor about you at work being a slum lord to get out of paying rent And your gonna look like the bad guy if you evict your Co worker but it may have to be done Regardless. 

Rumor has it he sold it back to the family.

(Whether they actually move their or not is another subject...but the skinny is that the builders are already gearing up to build 5000-7000 additional homes in the area...but that's just rumor ;)I have sent a collegue request to you and would love to hear more about your experiences...seriously Sue you should start a blog about this subject!

And yes we have frustration when some one sites statutes from a different state and thinks its the same everywhere, thats how rumors and false ideas get started, like when someone says you cant evict someone in winter, Bull, its legal, and done every day.  

One unit has a woman on disability for osteoarthritis who has been there for 10 years, the second unit is her 30 yr old daughter, also on disability for MS, and the third unit is occupied by an older woman who is rumored to have an interest in moving out.

If the rumors about Big Tech moving most of their operations to Texas are true, we will start to see a large influx of people needing homes to rent there.
