Too many out there have investor bug and pay almost retail.

We do wholesale, rehabs, buy and holds, retail.

Stop being a retail shopper and start actually putting together deals that are worth investing in.

The retail store that I manage I get to talk to about 30-50 people a day during that one week at least 3 are in some sort of house/property situation.

So, ideally we would sell the house to a retail buyer with some kind of agreement that only certain amount of land will belong to the house and we will be working to subdivide the land.Has anybody done something like this?

Having your license can get expensive, but if you are active at either investing or retail RE, you should be able to cover your overhead with no problem.

Both companies have market rates - but their pricing is not super retail/premium.

Either way I'm stoked and would like to hand off lead to local realtor for some sort of kick back as he is looking to sell retail.
