Not very practical or replicable, but my fastest periods of saving were when I was working overseas with my housing and vehicle provided :-).

There is no one right way to do it, and there are plenty of tutorials on Youtube that teach the basics that can be easily replicated in Google Sheets. 

Sounds like a pain but once you set this up then replicate each time.

But how do I replicate that?  

I use this model in 3 different markets so it can be easily replicated.

Just because something works for one investor in one market doesn't mean that you can take that system and replicate in a new market.

Looking more at replicating some of those duplex models here in the Atlanta market.

I am happy to admit I could not replicate their results.
