I did take Monday to relax, it was much needed! 

We have some time now to deal with a sale, but I worry putting a prop on the market in Vegas by mid-October won't be a good idea due to holidays and nobody wanting to move during holidays.My husband thinks this rule is not applicable to Vegas due to hot weather, that October-January are a perfect time to place the prop on the market in Vegas.We have no problem waiting till Jan 2019 or even May 2019 :) Thoughts?

In between school and sports i have found it difficult to find time to earn some money, but during holidays I will try to get a job and earn as much money as I can.

Weekends are frequently time for relaxation, travel, family time, etc. 

As mentioned above, take a look at other properties that are similar and determine what they charge in high season vs low season, weekends vs weekdays, holidays, etc to give you a broad idea of the going rate for nightly rent.

I enjoy getting outside to hike Utah's beautiful trails, snowboard, and have relaxing days cooking on the grill.
