Your agent (assuming you have one) should be able to help you with a lot of the due diligence items I mentioned above - I know it's all a lot to consider!

You are considering putting a tiny home on your existing property as an ADU or using that money to save up and buy the next investment property and wondering which would be the wiser choice.I think ADUs can help provide additional, much needed, housing.

The reality is the opposite - if it's not in writing then the PMC doesn't have to provide the service or can charge extra for it!

The lot size, the pool, and the quiet cul-de-sac location provided great bones, and with the right upgrades and modern touches, it could command a much higher price in the competitive Hamptons market.
