Because, FIRST, they won't give you enough PTO and SECOND, to fully enjoy these countries, you need money and majority of the people that have W2 jobs do not have the privilege to enjoy the FIRST and SECOND point I made.

I know a couple of people who did this and it was really worth it to them.Even if you can get the license for free, if you want to get licensed... every year you still have random dues, fees, etc that you have to pay that can add up to thousands of dollars (MLS dues, Realtor dues, continuing education, license renewal, insurance, state business/privilege licenses, etc etc) to maintain your license (depending on what state you are in).

Evolve is in charge of collecting taxes but I'm still responsible for filing monthly the Transaction Privilege and Use Tax Return.From my understanding, I need to fill it out with 0 gross revenue and no gross receipts to report checked, since Evolve is collecting taxes.Do I have the correct understanding?
