Filing Taxes in Arizona for a Short Term Rental w/ Evolve

Arik Oganesian
Posted

Hi All -

I've recently listed a property in Arizona for STR while using Evolve as my management team.

Evolve is in charge of collecting taxes but I'm still responsible for filing monthly the Transaction Privilege and Use Tax Return.

From my understanding, I need to fill it out with 0 gross revenue and no gross receipts to report checked, since Evolve is collecting taxes.

Do I have the correct understanding? and is anyone else working with Evolve in Arizona?

Thanks!
