Wagner was recommended by my cousin who purchased a few properties with them and he's happy with the process.

Most of our newer investors approach 2-3 lenders to discuss loan options.Some lenders recommend making your financing inquiries within a 45-day time period to avoid larger drops in your credit scores.All the best!

Curious if this is normal practice or in other management agreements people have signed? 

I do not recommend paying any upfront fees, unless it's with a large bank that typically requires a good faith deposit on larger transactions.

I had done extensive reading and research on best practices and entity implementation that would best meet my specific needs.  

Seems like a pretty fair recommendation to me.
