v=E2C3lLuNP6UThe only well-known politician I know of who rails against government spending and debt is Rand Paul; but I feel like we're at the point of no return as far as paying back the debt is concerned. 

Hopefully more politicians will realize this and find better ways to deal with the housing crisis.

The problem is, it has a big chance to pass as the general public is ignorant and the politicians presenting it will put out adds that will Not be the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

Imagine what they will be like when they are 3 months behind on rent and protected by a moratorium or whatever else gets cooked up by overzealous politicians.

I just watched John Stossel on Detroit, it's incredible the mess Detroit is in, and the politicians there completely refuse to do what they need to in order to generate revenue.

Some of it is unconstitutional but that doesn't seem to stop some politicians these days.Lastly, I have clients who own STR's - some are doing better than others.  

For politicians it's an easy vote.

Of course, politicians can't resist the urge to stick their hands in the pockets of you greedy property owners.So watch out, Boston short term rental owners.
