Hello All I'm new to BP and I'm looking for ways to start my real estate investment business! I'm currently a licensed real estate agent in the Nashville, TN area! I've been reading a lot of books on property investment and I know this is the best career job for me! I've also watched a lot of videos on how to invest and on how to wholesale! A couple of books that I've read was a an ebook by Daniel Wiafe and Robert Shemin boyh were great books on wholesaling! I would like to start Wholesailing first and then move on to maybe rehabbing. I've also have picked up some wonderful great tips on BP. But for the last month I've been reading and now I'm ready! Can anyone suggest what marketing tool I should use to get started finding sellers/ buyers?? In the books that I've read people suggest bandit signs?? Also can some please explain to me how I can add my profile pic??? I feel like an idiot asking but I can't figure it out..
