Additionally, I was planning on flying out there to preview the city, do you have any recommendations as far as specifics that I should focus on looking at in person?

I'm in South Florida and I'm even hesitant on looking for deals upstate cause I don't have a team thats local to those areas

My wife and I plan on looking in the $250,000 range and I was wondering what the estimated closing costs on that would be with a VA loan with $0 down.

I plan on looking at some land lots down in Cape Coral soon to grab some before they are all gone or overpriced.
