Manhattan KS Quadplex
Hello all!
I am new here to BiggerPockets but was attracted to this forum because I am looking to invest in properties with proper guidance. I am 22 years old and moving to Manhattan Kansas in about a year. With this in mind, I was looking to purchase a quadplex to start my real estate endeavors. I have contemplated a duplex, even a triplex, but I am eager to start and to grow my portfolio as fast as possible. If anyone has advice or lives in the area please share your knowledge!

Welcome! I just moved here myself not too long ago. And am on my way to get licensed. I would agree with David. Quadplexs are few and far between here. I think you would have better luck in either Topeka or Wichita if that is what you are looking for. Manhattan has many SFH and SFH turned MFH. Good luck on your search!
