A room furnished through FF could easily fetch 800. 3 of them is 2400 or up to 3000 when that same house probably only will get low 2000 for rent.I don't think BP has leases for by the room (correct me if I'm wrong) but you can have an attorney draft one for not too much online OR use ChatGPT honestly these days.

Mom and popIf you want in-person training and offices and more camaraderie, bib box like KW, Coldwell Banker, etc are good options to start (you will leave after one year).If you are mobile and doing a lot and want to work freely, but have a ton of online support, cloud brokerages are great and have better splits like eXp and Real.

The idea is intriguing, but online research has yielded conflicting opinions and "pay to play membership plans; can't get a straight answer whether this is legit or scam and not worth the front-end subscription payments.  

Hi Jose.My properties are currently with PM's, but all of our properties are D class so I might be able to provide some insight.With D class, a lot of people don't have credit or even bank accounts, and anything on-line that they can't easily do on their phone isn't going to work.

Our properties are a strong mix of appreciation, rent growth and cashflow positive in year 1.Going on 6 years I have never had to even give any late notices, etc. for my northside chicago rentals, it's multiple applicants 700+ scores when list the units online.
