I don't know if Venmo would get involved, but technically if a tenant were to go to them and say "the landlord told me to pay this way", Venmo would technically be allowed to reverse the payments since it is not to be used for goods and services (unless you are set up with hem as a business and have the payment button option).Credit cards are also a big gamble. 

Does anyone gamble with flooded homes.

Either self-manage like many on here do, or hire an inexpensive offshore PM who works US hours & speaks eloquent English (that’s what I do).

So, basically ANY domestic or off shore irrevocable trust will accomplish the goal and act as a medicaid trust.

I understand that it is a gamble and that if I use all  the right tools and do my homework, I will minimize my risk and will be successful.

But most of all, I feel like it's a huge gamble. 

We are so used to hear announcement here and find out company had bad earnings, went offshore.

I think I could have paid $350 for the entire year, so its a gamble.

Will you take a gamble and pick shrimp and try it?

Anything less than that is risky and gambling.
