Hi everyone:I am curious if any 1031 experts could weigh in on the following:  I believe that 1031 exchanges disallow "related party transactions" where family members are related parties if they are siblings, spouses, ancestors, and lineal descendants.

They can just keep printing more cash so we can just keep selling our debt to them until they slowly but SURELY come in and start calling the defaults that they're entitled to collect on thanks to our noble AMERICAN contracts that we'll surely live up to albeit the rest of the world doesn't seem to mind welching on.
