I'm excited but nervous at the same time.

Every time it rained afterwards we would get nervous it would happen again.

The issue is we just found out I'm pregnant so instead of us doing 80% of the work like we planned, my wonderful and overprotective husband is nervous about me even laying laminate or painting.

Though nervous, I bought my first true rental in 2013, and another in 2014. 

We also are not very handy and would have to sub contract, which makes me nervous.

I'm nervous that the owner might balk at the fee I'm earning and I can't afford to sue him right now and he doesn't have anything for me to get but equity anyway.

I read the bit about the tax lean, but those are exactly the kind of red flags that make me real nervous.
