My question is, if I can read most of the information given at sessions, and network with people in my region, or social media, what is the benefit of taking 3-4 days off work and spending a couple grand (entrance, flight, food, lodging)? 

Its been a couple of months and the trust is not done yet.I doubt he will get it done before my flight...At this point I am thinking I will do it myself...

For owners it would be that they think of you as their own personal assistant and not as a professional and they monday morning quarterback every little thing that goes on in your property.
