The borrower receives zero monetary benefit from a Mortgage selling the loan or payments, that is not the borrowers money to receive, it is the borrowers money that she is require to pay.

I do a lot of things that I consider fun and yet have very little (or no) monetary benefit -- dinners at nice restaurants, movies, vacations, flying airplanes, etc.But, just because I "waste" money on these things that don't provide me a financial return doesn't mean I'm not an entrepreneur.While I think playing the lottery is a ridiculous expenditure, for many people it's ultimately no different than any other enjoyable pastime.
