I have decided to obtain a real estate license. I want to start a career in real estate to further my education in the industry. I feel this will give me the best possible chance of succeeding when I am ready to invest in properties.

Great!  Is there a question here or are you just letting the world know?  What exactly do you plan in doing as far as investing?  what about with your license?
