I’m a millennial.

Speaking as a noob and a (barely) millennial, I've found business cards necessary for networking.

That's great, but we have seen businesses turn away from Bozeman bec of strict codes, and the gentrification which follows these policies, prices out Millennials which make up 50% of the population.

Banks getting crazy again with "Warm Body Loans,"  if they start coming out with 100% financing, lowering credit standards, creative financing to help millennials then watch out.Happy Investing...

The new tax laws definitely create a speed bump in home buying (for the small few who care to even consider it) but people are still going to build families, have kids, want to own homes and in the bay we have a pent up population of high income earning millennials who are doing exactly that.

Yes, you can make an easy argument that Millennials (and younger) are happy to move so they can buy a home.

When part of the goal is just how many properties can I accrue the bigger picture gets missed.Being a millennial myself, I think the attitude look at me and how much I've done by "fill in the blank age and time" is a dangerous notion.

To add to the struggle, there are reports (and BP blog posts) that show that rents are actually decreasing in some of the more metropolitan areas as millennials become part of the next wave of suburbanization.

It's a popular alternative for millennials who want to be close to downtown, aren't into fountain square or are looking for a little more value.
