If you are always giving away something valuable (information, time, resources, referrals) and not asking for anything in return, you will get plenty.

Midterm rentals often offer higher returns than long-term rentals, but you'll also have to manage more frequent turnovers and potential vacancies.

As mentioned, it is virtually daily that there are posts that seem unlikely to have any path to a return that warrants holding the RE.i wish everyone be thorough and cautious in their underwriting.
