Keep in mind that this is also a very tough time to be entering the market as an agent because the inventory is so low.

Everybody thinks they can paint because they can - you get a brush or a roller, a can of paint at Lowe's and away you go.

This is your product, and you are branding it for maximum consumption.

Seems doable, depending on a few factors will determine what the right product is for you.
