You posted this thread, so you have already started.Just like @Jonathan Greene mentioned, don't chase the quickest and easiest method to wealth.

But there is virtually nothing for a fix and flip type borrower or a BRRR method borrower.  

Others employ a BRRRR method or do wholesale deals/flips to have cash to invest long term.

Could it be interpreted that way, arguably yes.But if you're going to challenge a law's constitutionality, the reference I provided is perhaps the most common method.

This took away the LL capability to not renew lease or, my preferred method, provide large rent increase above market to get rid of less than ideal tenants.  

Consider that on many SFH with the BRRRR method you rent and hope to get a few hundred a month free and clear.
