Just so confused on how to implement a good strategy to turn my current house into a rental and utilize the equity via HELOC to possibly purchase another investment property.Any help is greatly appreciated thank you!

Good news - you've listened to all the podcasts, and have learned some great strategies to find off market deals and you can help them implement those.

Seems like there were some process issues on their end as far as how to implement the program.  

I have a question and would love to know who may have implemented this strategy or could advise for/against it.

I would think any market is good if you do the correct marketing and implement the  systems.

There is nothing wrong with the speed of implementation if you are making progress. 

Did you implement all the other required asset protection steps before upgrading to asset protection structures?

However, I'm not finding much info about "Rubs" except for all the companies I could hire to implement this program.
