Thanks for your assistance.Lavaud,I'll be the odd one out in this thread and suggest a Windows laptop, they tend to be cheaper and, because I build computers, I like the freedom/ability of being able to shop around / customize it to my specific liking.With that, it really depends on what you'll be doing with the laptop, ie: basic email, MS office, BP or video rendering / editing for your listings-walk through, future rehabs etc ?

But I want what we are all after, early retirement & greater financial freedom.

One of my main goals is to be able to do the things I want with the freedom I have created.

Through a number of books and podcasts, I became convinced that buy and hold real estate is the best way to go for my financial freedom goals and I have been trying to learn as much as possible over the last 3 months. 

I have been heavily educating myself and have now started down my road to Financial Freedom.

The freedom you have when debt is paid off compounds your abilities. 

Hi Gang:So I was just listening to Episode 290: 7 paths to Financial Freedom and around strategy 5 or 6 the host(s) mentioned buying 1 house per year for 15 years.

However, I'm sure your friend can work something where you have a set number of people per visit, vs set number of visits... which would allow her that freedom she wants.

I currently work for Enterprise and believe that real estate can help me attain the financial freedom that I long for.

I've become obsessed with the idea of using real estate to achieve financial freedom and to fuel my adventure travel lifestyle.
