They are a lender out of Virginia who does in-house underwriting, quick closes, free float down, and appears to have quite aggressive interest rates.I'm considering using them for my next loan in Atlanta, but I would hate to leave the lender I've used for several other loans unless I'm confident in the reliability and reputation of Aurora.

I'm assuming the program you are considering is similar to the taught by Jordan Goodman of Money Answers or something similar where your "extra" cash is used as float to "earn" interest (save you the interest payments).The best way to find Home Equity Lines of Credit is Google and start dialing for dollars.If this is not what you are looking for, the post back with more information and we'll see if we can help.
