Am I digging myself into a hole with such a limited economy/job growth area?!

I just paid about $2k to do a whole house but that included painting the walls a lighter color and repairing all of the small cracks and holes from the previous owner hanging pictures and shelves all over the walls. 

I believe there is an online registry of sink hole homes, at least those with insurance claims.  

We will assist with things that may be endemic to the property - i.e. filling a hole in a foundation to keep out mice - but our lease clearly states it is the responsibility of the tenant to keep the place clean and pest free.

There was also a bat infestation, if you have bat guano you better plug up the holes so the bats can't get back in, and plumbing, plumbing, and more more plumbing ... 4 out of seven toilets had bad seals.

Im a millennial so im tired of online courses and spending money on expensive courses I just need someone I can shadow or meet with to explain the loop holes in wholesaling so I can quit my job and go with this full force

Some will be total A holes and others will be super cool dudes and dudettes who have been in your exact shoes and will provide some intel.Limit the head looping and take action.

There’s nothing really negative to focus on, like dirt or cracks or holes or whatever.

That Seattle Times article so many are citing is loaded with holes. 

In summary:Don't try to fit a square peg into a round hole.
