Quite recently Meta secured largest commercial office space lease in Austin’s history in the CBD and Amazon grabbed another entire tower in the Domain for office space.Growth has never been stronger for Austin, and demand has never been greater.

Other things are like commute times, projects like Leander's Lagoon project, shops and restaurant areas like the Domain or Apples future campus.  

For example if your porch is within the setbacks, but was originally there and you didn't modify it then you should not need the variance since the condition was 'existing' (this assumes proper permitted in the past etc.)You may want to talk to a local land use attorney that specializes in eminent domain and condemnation.

They also won't have a Gmail or other type of non-business domain email and would likely have some form of internet presence.

The value is only about 150k and the county doesn't own any of the surrounding property or land which leads me to believe its not eminent domain.

The Austin market is super hot right now and we believe the area around The Domain will continue to appreciate massively.How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Being within reasonable distance to a city, restaurants, HEBs as opposed to walmart, domain, gyms, ect. is generally a safer bet. 

But this isn't my domain so having a hard time judging the risk here.
