First property in San Antonio, need help!

Hi, I recently bought a property in San Antonio and decided to higher a company to run it for me.

They managed to find a tenant very fast and rented it out.

But when the tenants moved in they found a flooded house!

Looks like when the company went in to winterize the place they opens the taps but forgot to check if all the sinks were open. One of them had a stopper inside causing water damage from the second floor down to the first floor which caused an electricity loss!

It’s been three days since company found out and they have done nothing! They tried to sweep it under the carpet but the tenants managed to get in touch with me.

Anyone seen anything like this?

Where would you start now?

Any recommendations on attorney, contractors and water repair company?

Any information much appreciated
