My gripe is - rewarding bad behavior and further empowering bad actors.

Even when they are a broker (I believe that has already happened) they still cannot publicly display sales prices from what I understand....unless a buyer decides to share that info....

Some people are just wired differently, and the moratorium only empowers them in their irrational behavior.

You have to remember that the uncertainty creates anxiety...which leads to possible irrational behavior...meaning tenants default to self-preservation and will do everything possible to resist change....not saying your tenants will do this, but keeping them informed will make everything run smooth.HERE is a doc we provide to all tenants of occupied units (specific to my state)

By her behavior I believe she is schizophrenic, and my tenants are very scared.

In either case, I find this behavior amongst agents extremely misleading and bordering on a breach of fiduciary relationship with their clients because it takes away a potentially higher sale number.
