Here are the details:- Current occupancy with a monthly income of $2,750- Purchase price: approximately $145,000 (putting 25% down, around $36,250)- Location: McKeesport, PAAs a relatively new investor with two properties in different states, I'm looking for guidance on how to analyze this deal.

I would post the details in classified section and let people give you quotes I find one off borrowers focus on cost much more than serial flippers who are looking for long term relationships there is much more to finding a capital partner than who has the cheapest fees..

Most folks protect the furnishings with a security deposit, would make sure that is detailed in your lease agreements

It's a good trade-off for now.On the agent side, the best performing videos for me are two kinds:1. market specific with detailed info only for locals (Top 5 restaurants in this part of town, why you should move to Milwaukee, etc.)2. home inspection rundowns and buyer-side process videos.I use all of my playlists to send to buyers, sellers, and investors in advance so all of their questions are answered without me having to go back over it.
