You can transfer your ownership of a partnership into a separate “child” series (say Child Series LLC-Property1,) but this can be done privately through your computer at home instead of creating a new LLC - and it’s housed under the “parent” Series LLC.

A soft phone really just means that they are placing calls using their computer with a headset over the internet. 

I do not have any experience with a LLC but I would suggest that you contact several lenders and ask them what you should do to borrow money in an LLC or at first enter 'LLC borrowing" into a or several computer browsers to learn about your options.

Every property is different, and keep in mind - like playing the computer in a chess game - HUD will often change the rules as they go.
