Thank you @Lumi Ispas  for your post I think I will have to consider this but taking on another loan for a down payment on a house to put this plan into action will be have to be deliberated.

Armando -I hope you and others with differing opinions will chime in to participate in any discussions or debates.That said, don't deliberately go and misquote someone with the intention of picking a fight.

Now, I mention this, not to deliberately take this discussion off-topic but instead to ask everyone's about whether or not this is a good time to invest heavily, as there appears to be a push to create inflation.

The kitchen, the most expensive part of a house, has been deliberately outsized and  repositioned to  the middle of the living room while the dining room is often pushed some ways away - for the purposes of boosting profitability - and in my opinion making a mockery of the open plan. 

I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what it had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived.

Plus we get the lay of the land and the tenants really apprecaite the special attention.we have 400 plus single familys in our portfolio so we have a very deliberate pattern that we follow to one protect our homes and to keep tenant turnover to a [email protected]

Don't deliberately put yourself in risky situations.

That said, Rodriguez was a cautious, deliberate businessman who went into decidedly unglamorous businesses—gyms, car dealerships, low-end real estate.

I don't think most wholesalers try deliberately scam end buyers; if they happen to make obvious mistakes (they could have avoided) maybe they needed more time to self-educate and ask questions, research and learn more before getting their feet wet.

The timing is a little strange ... if this was deliberate, they picked a lousy time to do it, as most tenant's rent has already been paid and cleared.
