There are many loan programs to help out first time homebuyers so don't feel as if this is too ambitious when there are tools to help you out, like use here on the Forum!

I truly feel bad for people who have to work instead of investing in real estate, especially those with kids.

@Marinelle Tan as far as whether an existing property can be partitioned into multiple units, feels like that may also depend on how the municipality interprets the language.
