Basically she has free easy access to a lis pendings list that anyone else could compile or buy so people are just telling her how it can be used (With cautions to make sure it will not jeopardize her job by violating any policy).That being said I do not disagree at all with your point that she should get some more education on the subject.

Isnt there a spot on this blog that was compiling all of these lists (county info).

They don't even tell you what city they lived in.If the files you had give those names, the address of the deceased, and the contact info for the PR/Executor you at least have the info you need.If you just have to print out or copy a bunch of stuff then compile the list that is a PITA but doable.

Compile a list of some of the more pissed off homeowners to reference.

Compile your top 5 based on conversations and appetite level.

It worked out that they claimed it would require one-full-time employees - working full-time over four and a half weeks to compile the list for me.
