FHA Loans Coming out of College

Who here on BP has decided to start their real estate investing career by getting an FHA loan and buying a multi-family? I want to get into multi-family buy and holds when I get out of college, and FHA loans seem to be the best strategy out there for college graduates to start investing with little money down.

Also, how long are you required to live in an FHA property before you can move out?

Any advice/cautionary tales are welcome!
