When I go the Market Maker tab, a pop up immediately goes over the MM toggle switch, blocking it, and says I need 5 comps for MM to work.

This isn't Nike and Michael Jordan and paying the NBA per game fine for having too much color on your shoes... this is pretty serious stuff.Unfortunate, for sure.

In real estate, this could be a growing neighborhood, a house or building that is turnkey so you have no maintenance, the worst house on the best block.

I realize that the difference between a few city blocks can make a difference, so local knowledge is welcome!

Now that is passive.. not to mention on a up zone property 2 blocks from downtown and County seat.. so I like that.. it pays for itself throws off some cash. 

It is a very block-by-block market.

Or I own all the other houses on that street and I just needed that lot to own everything on the block.   

I guess it's really tough to block partial payment w/o the rent collection platforms :( End of the day, I am trying my best be afloat landlord :) 

So let me add some color to what the AI tool in particular does for me. 

You could theoretically buy up one or two blocks of dilapidated houses near SU or Crouse Irving for cheap and fix them all at once and change the look of that particular block in the city, but it would be risky.
