You could live off what you've built and devote your time to charity but it doesn't make sense to spend the next 30 - 40 years of your life sleeping in, playing bridge, and accomplishing nothing.

First you are correct this is a business not a charity or non profit or community service, save community and charity work for the part of you life that you have dedicated to those causes, which by the way is a must if you want to be a complete self actualize person.

Charity certainly has its place and should be done by all who are able, but the next election is going to be crazy with each candidate fighting to adopt the most Socialist agenda - so those EURO policies of FREE EVERYTHING at "the other person's" expense may be coming here.

@Jeremy Mattson Well that makes it as easy as possible for you psychologically; you shouldn't feel bad about evicting someone who has already exceeded the limits of charity from their church and even their mother.
